PrayerOS data deletion

You can ask us to delete mosque activation records and related PrayerOS data held by Alphabet.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@alphabet.lk with subject PrayerOS data deletion.
  2. Include the mosque name, contact email used at registration, and (if you have it) the activation code.
  3. On the device, open PrayerOS settings and choose deactivate / clear local activation, or uninstall the app to remove on-device settings.

What we delete

Activation binding (code ↔ device), mosque registration contact details for that PrayerOS entry, and related server logs we control. Crash/analytics already sent to Firebase may be retained by Google under their retention rules until they expire.

Timing

We aim to process requests within 30 days. Legal or fraud-prevention records may be kept longer if required by law.
